This document quickly describes the practices and processes used by Connor Koblinski Consulting LLC to ensure client satisfaction through the learning experience creation process. If you are a client with questions, please get in touch with [email protected]. **
🏋🏻‍♂️Practices to ensure clear communication and expectations
- A clear statement of work with specific specifications, key learning objectives, and hours estimates for each deliverable and output.
- Weekly meeting with a project leader or a key stakeholder to increase communication.
- Monthly status updates with materials that can easily be shared with all stakeholders.
Learning Experience/ Curriculum Development Process
The curriculum development process typically includes three to four pieces:
- đź” Discovery— Identify goals, experts, and information needed
- 🔨 Build— Create all learning experience materials and integration of feedback.
- **👨🏻‍🏫 Implementation—**Implement the learning experience and technology
- 🔄 Continuous Improvement— Improve the learning experience
Many projects do not require implementation or continuous improvement support, but I always ensure SOWs include statements on feedback and revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Below, you can see more about what each section contains.
đź” Discovery - Identify goals, experts, and information needed
- 25%-40% of the hours
- Identify learning objectives in collaboration with project managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) within the organization for the project.
- Empathy interviews with SMEs to create a list of key learnings and assumptions to be confirmed.
- Reconcile assumptions with PM and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of the content.
- Confirm the format and content of all materials to be created.
